Sitting in a marina.
Watching workers put holes in our boat.
Holes are not good in boats.
We don't like holes, however some holes are necessary.
Holes for the radar cables for our new radar dome. Holes to strengthen the standards for the bimini.

Marinas are hot. You can't swim in the water. There is very little breeze, but they are the best place to get work done. Getting needed work done and the workers to do it is much easier when we are physically here rather than trying to coordinate from thousands of miles away. When we are here we become a much higher priority to the contractors.
We love to hear your comments.
Struggle on!
With smiles...
What's a bimini?
Thanks for asking. Sometimes I forget that people don't know all these terms I have been learning. See the new picture above.
Isn't it a place down there too?
Yes, in the Bahamas, almost 1000 miles NW of us!
. . . and so what became of the Oregon 'Bob Box' ?
The hardware store hauled it away for us.
